We talked with carers and / or family members and talked with staff. At the inspection in November 2014 we found the service was not meeting all the regulations that we assessed and we asked the provider to take action to make improvements. This was in relation to medicine management and not protecting people against the risks of inappropriate or unsafe care and treatment due to its quality monitoring systems not being adequate.
